"The fan motor of my 31 year old GE central heating unit began acting up and banging the sides of its casing. I called Joe Giannone Jr who came time and again and temporarily fixed it yet the fan motor would stop working after a while. It was time to change the whole unit and Joe made me a reasonable offer. For the 5 days (inc over a weekend) of wait for the new unit, he changed the fan motor with a new one to keep my heat going. The new unit was very well installed in a few hours by Keith and James Blazejewski who are very friendly, knowledgeable and work very cleanly." - Dan

"My A/C is like new! Joseph Giannone is now going to be the only one I need to call for HVAC or plumbing problems. Called yesterday morning and Darren came out that afternoon and replaced a part and did maintenance on my A/C, it is running like new now. This is just 3 weeks after I had another HVAC (?) contractor come out for maintenance, this other service didn't do anything....the main problem was that my outside compressor was all gunked up and Darren got right to the problem and fixed it. "Goodbye 92 degree heat! It took Joe all of about 20 minutes to figure out the two zone unit thermostats weren't wired correctly! This, and the fact he was at my door even before the appointment and within 3 hours of calling in a request! Really doesn't get any better than that! My cost was very reasonable not to mention that spending $125 is FAR better than dealing with the sweltering hear that's about to hit! Of course EVERY company has some bad reviews, but that certainly wasn't what I found and will not hesitate to call or recommend them again!"

"More Than Professional I called Joe for both a bathroom remodel and HVAC work. Both father and son showed up on time. My bathroom remodel was quite extensive. My floor had to be removed and Joe Sr. ran new piping for the entire bathroom. This was done professionally and together with a great contractor my bathroom was complete faster than I could have ever imagined. Joe also came in under cost compared to other estimates that I had received. Joe Jr. had my heat up and running within an hour and was able to provide me with a service plan to keep my system running at its best. To date I have had no further problems with my HVAC System. I would highly recommend this company to anyone"
"Joe = Great HVAC work Just in time for the big freeze, my heater decided to stop working. Joe was able to come over that afternoon, the same day I called. He showed within the appt window and diagnosed the problem to be a bad transformer or gas valve. (and you should have seen the hacked up wiring that the previous owner rigged up) He didnt have a transformer in stock, so had to come back the next day. He came back on time and hooked up the new transformer, but the heater still didnt work. Must be the gas valve. Replaced the gas valve and viola, it worked. He did a great job and didnt charge me for the transformer bc he was not 100% sure that was the problem. Regardless, I had heat that day thanks to Joe. I would definitely recommend these guys for your heater and AC needs. " - Sass
